Wicky is Trainer dan Consultant of Next Leader with 16 years working experience in a multinational company with focus area on customer service, selling, presentation skills, project management and productivity gain through day to day working habits and process.
He has lived in US, Denmark and Singapore during his working years which give him the edge in teaching and understanding multicultural differences. He started as a management trainee which has given him the ability to understand company from various departments.
Being a Customer Service Manager for 4 years before has given him the real life lessons on how to increase Customer Service Satisfaction (CSS), productivity and managing off-shoring simultaneously which change management and leadership needed. His early days started as Customer Service Associate has also given him the sweet and sour of Customer Service Associate life.
Wicky has also taken the position of the Area Sales Manager and has grown the volume size of his area by 123% within 3 years of his tenure. He built the team from ground up educate a customer service person until they become a true sales person.
Expert in customer service and selling, he has taken another challenge as management consultant to help one of the well-known FMCG in their cost savings and sales performance. He uses NLP, EQ, and Project Management skill in his day to day life and in his teaching.
