What We Do
Next Leader Consulting facilitated Team Building training for Bank Victoria Operational Heads throughout Indonesia in the program: Becoming Excellent Leaders. The team building program as well as the annual togetherness event for all Bank Victoria Operations Heads is a fun learning for Operational Heads to be able to become role models for their co-workers.
The program, which was held for two days and one night at Villa Bukit Pancawati, Bogor was followed by all Operational Heads starting with a bonfire and fun games at night that familiarized the participants.
Then in the morning session, the participants were invited to take part in a series of team building games that were exciting, challenging and needed solid collaboration. After that the facilitator of Next Leader invites Operational Heads to reflect on the characteristics of an excellent leader who is needed to be worthy of being a role model for their team and coworkers.
